We were pleased with the refined event photography workflow we used at the recent drama ball. The photos were taken and immediately downloaded wirelessly to a laptop, where LightRoom imported them from a watched folder, applying a developer preset as part of the import process. A quick visual check that the pic was ok and it was then FTPed to our photo-cart gallery and shop. This allowed a turnaround from shoot to shop in less than two minutes. We had also distributed the URL of the gallery on paper flyers (in words and as a QR code) around all the tables so guests with smart phones could connect and see themselves straight away.
