I am finding the size and near silence of the Fujifilm X-Pro1 to be more and more convenient. It proved its worth in a recent theatre workshop I photographed in which I could easily move freely among the actors in the space and cause a minimum of audible disturbance, with no hefty DSLR mirror thunk to accompany every picture. Here’s a sample from the Fuji. A snap of playwright Mike Kenny at work with the actors, on his new play Cracked about a first episode of psychosis and cultural difference.
Techy details include: 1/125 second at f2.2 with the 56mm f1.2 prime at an ISO of 1600. Manual exposure with single shot auto focus. Minimal default post-processing in Iridient Developer V3.0.3 which I have just purchased and am beginning to explore, specifically for my Fuji shooting.
